The chance to fulfill her potential

What does secondary education mean to a girl growing up in Malawi? The opportunity to be a nurse, a teacher, or even to start her own business. In other words, her education can lead directly to a healthier, smarter, more prosperous community.  

All she needs is the support to get there. To that end, Join My Village is working with CARE in Malawi to give deserving girls scholarships to attend secondary boarding school—money that goes to housing, school supplies and other essentials she’ll need. Along the way, she’ll not only advance her education, but support her fellow students and be a role model for young people in her community.
